Confessions are tough. Real tough. But, sometimes a confession can set the record straight, and I want to give credit where credit is set due. Before I talk about my confession, though let me say a few other things first. Years ago something happened to me that changed my life forever. Let me tell you my story.

Back when I was a Corporal for the United State Marine Corps. After all of the rigorous training I developed a painful low back condition. In my case the pain came on strong and was so intense, that at times I could barely walk. I was afraid that I would lose my job if the disability continued, or worse be permanently laid up. After considering surgery (that was the only option, according to the surgeon) I decided against it. I was only 22 years old but there was more… My dad convinced me to give his doctor a try, this new doctor does an exam, takes some films and them “adjusts” my spine. The adjustment doesn’t hurt it actually feels good. I get relief, and I can walk again. Oh and did I mention that this doctor is a Chiropractor? It works so well for me, and I’m so impressed with the other miracles I see in his office, that I eventually go to chiropractic school myself.

Now for Mathew, who is my son, when he was seven years old he collapsed with asthma attack. He took asthma medication at least four days a week. Imagine, a little boy not being able to play baseball with his friends in the field, he was afraid of having an asthma attack. After I start to adjust him, the asthma started to immediately decrease, and now, years later, his asthma is only occasional. Now we jog with our dog Akela with no problem, he is also pursuing his life long dream of helping people through the health care field.

My daughter, Doctor Shannon has finished Chiropractic school, and has become an advocate for healthy living. She loves helping children, and has become a key team member in our health care organization.

It’s strange how life is, because now people come to see me with their low back problems. They also come to me with their headaches, migraines, chronic pain, neck pain, shoulder pain, whiplash from car accidents, backaches, ear infections asthma, allergies, numbness in limbs, athletic injuries, and carpel tunnel just to name a few.

Several times a day my patients thank me for helping them with their health problems. But I can’t really take credit. My confession is that I’ve never healed anyone of anything. What I do is perform a specific spinal adjustment to remove nerve pressure. And the body responds by healing itself. We get tremendous results. It’s simple as that.

Being a chiropractor can be tough, because there’s a host of so called experts out there. They tell people a lot of things that are just plain ridiculous about my profession. But the studies speak for themselves, like the Virginia study that showed that over 90% of patients who saw a chiropractor were satisfied with their results. That’s just incredible.

Forty-eight million Americans no longer have health insurance, and those who do have found that their benefits are reduced. That’s where chiropractic comes in. Many people find that they actually save money on their health care expenses by seeing a chiropractor. Another way to save… an unpublished study of 107 people showed that long-term chiropractic patients had twice the immune capacity as others. And, that’s naturally, with out drugs. The immune system fights colds, the flu, and other sicknesses. So you may not be running off to the doctor as much. This is especially important if you are self-employed. And an entire week of care in my office may cost what you could pay one visit elsewhere.

A free consultation, when you mention our website, when was the last time you talked to a doctor for free? By the way, further care is very affordable and you’ll be happy to know that I have affordable family plans.

My qualificationsJim Picture… I’m a graduate of Western States Chiropractic College. I have a diplomate in neurology from the national collage, and I studied EMG at Harvard University. I’ve been entrusted to take care of tiny babies, to older generations with highly delicate spines, to men that have worked on oil rigs for years. My heart is to help all those in need. I practiced in Ohio for 12 years, got tired of being cold and now moved to San Antonio to practice and now have been here for 11 years.

It was very important for me to be the founder of this company and gather doctors from multiple disciplines, to work as a team and provide the most comprehensive care for our community.

Our office is both friendly and warm, and we try our best to make you feel at home. We have a wonderful service an exceptional fee. 210-521-6886 call us for an appointment. We can help you.
